Guided Tour booking form

Use the form to register your interest for a guided tour. Please dress for the weather and for walking. Please use sunscreen or bring umbrellas, as appropriate. Please notify the RCP tour guide about the existence of any significant allergies or other health problems such as blood pressure, mobility problems, and the presence of carers. Please do not eat or touch any of the plants in the garden unless invited to do so. Emergency contact number whilst in the garden or prior to arrival: 020 3075 1200 (Reception). There is no café on site. Toilet facilities are available inside the main building.

Visitor group leader only – please sign in for the whole group at RCP Main Reception (Lasdun Building). The list of group members names and contact details are the responsibility of the visitor tour group leader. Please be aware of the following points before your visit to the RCP garden: > Guided tours are only available to visitors who have pre-booked.

Refreshments

Tea, coffee, biscuits (£5.85 +VAT per head). Numbers to be confirmed one month in advance, at which time an invoice will be generated for this cost.

Donations

No charge is made for any of these tours; however, donations towards the garden’s upkeep are very gratefully received and the amount of £50 per guide is suggested. To arrange a bank transfer, please email head gardener Jane Knowles: garden@rcp.ac.uk. We hope you enjoy your tour!
